Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging participants to share their experiences, connect with one another, and foster a supportive peer environment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, where you will work one-on-one with clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, identify personal challenges, and develop tailored coping strategies.

• Create detailed treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that each plan is individualized and aligns with their unique goals and needs.

• Monitor and assess clients’ progress through various assessment tools, continuously adapting treatment as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
