Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through preliminary interviews, ensuring thorough documentation from the initial consultation to the completion of treatment.

• Evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health to accurately diagnose and inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Develop individualized and group recovery plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques grounded in evidence-based practices and the latest developments in psychotherapy.
\n
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment plan, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to design and implement comprehensive intervention plans.

• Manage referrals efficiently while providing ongoing follow-up for clients who may require additional support.

• Educate and assist family members and primary caregivers in navigating mental health challenges to enhance the support systems for clients.

• Identify risk factors and develop proactive strategies to mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Apass score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compassionately.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature when working with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
