Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for clients, addressing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing an array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, designing tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to applicable laws and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, participating in case consultations and treatment planning as needed.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, including workshops and training programs, to remain informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing the practice of counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to document client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
