This role allows you to thrive in a predominantly remote setting, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule while still offering in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Laredo. Our practice operates seven days a week, from 7 AM to 10 PM, enabling you to tailor your hours for both personal and professional balance. You will benefit from a collaborative environment with a dedicated support team that aids in scheduling and client service, which allows you to focus primarily on delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and identify appropriate therapeutic approaches tailored to their individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery and building resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address the specific needs of clients.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and promoting emotional healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care and support for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Educate clients and their families about the impacts of trauma, effective coping mechanisms, and resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and clarity in patient records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Insight Therapy offers a competitive salary of up to $110,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes annual pay increases, performance-based bonuses, and extensive paid orientation.
