Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic strategies and evidence-based practices to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to tailor therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and medical providers—to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and relevant mental health research to stay current with industry trends.
