Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Presidio County Trauma & Recovery Services, your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Implementing therapeutic strategies that improve mental health outcomes, applying different tailored techniques based on personal assessments and client feedback.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, which may involve referral to other specialists when necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as ethical guidelines.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay at the forefront of mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
