This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in balancing work and personal life. Counselors will have the option to engage in telemedicine, providing therapy services via secure telecommunication platforms, as well as having opportunities for in-person interaction within our outpatient office in Beaumont, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through interviews and psychological evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to the needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, supplemented by a sign-on bonus.
