Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities as a Licensed Professional Counselor will include:

• Managing a dynamic caseload of clients, establishing rapport through empathetic engagement and adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, exploring stability and future treatment pathways.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment referrals, in compliance with clinical standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to better understand client needs and facilitate effective treatment strategies.

• Delivering weekly individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, receive feedback, and ensure continuous professional development.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals from varied backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• An unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid track record of successful client interventions.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY, to maintain documentation and communications effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
