Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to effectively identify patients' needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Deliver psychoeducational sessions and facilitate support groups, creating a safe space for clients to discuss their mental health challenges and foster community.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and assistance to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate actively in case consultations, contribute to team meetings, and engage in professional development activities to stay current with field advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of working with a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who face various mental health challenges. Your role is critical in fostering resilience and providing tailored support to individuals fighting against stigma related to mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to conduct detailed mental health evaluations and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, especially to a wide-ranging demographic.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.

• Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries in patient interactions.

• Competence with EHR systems and general technological proficiency needed for remote therapy delivery.
