Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Supervise the maintenance of precise and confidential clinical records in strict alignment with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations to refine therapeutic methods and enhance outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
