Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessment and intake meetings with new clients to evaluate their mental health status, identifying key issues and areas for therapeutic growth.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Adornfield Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in counseling or therapy, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as culturally competent therapeutic techniques and practices.

• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiar with telehealth practices for conducting remote sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
