This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to work from home, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively. Our outpatient office serves a diverse client population, and you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. While the role offers remote flexibility, we expect you to embody professionalism and maintain a commitment to client care during standard working hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential flexibility depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and identify treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, with an emphasis on trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet clients' unique experiences and needs, promoting their healing and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
