Key Responsibilities\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $74,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials. Additionally, counselors are eligible for a generous sign-on bonus and additional incentives linked to state licensure. We emphasize a flexible work schedule, allowing you to choose hours between 5 to 40 hours per week.
