Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, adapting approaches based on client needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers—to deliver integrated care and develop holistic treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and quality care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and seminars, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
