Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the psychosocial needs of clients and their families, and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, utilizing your expertise in areas such as substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence to support clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, assisting them in navigating community resources and services to enhance their coping strategies and overall outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to discuss client cases, share insights about psychosocial stressors, and develop integrated approaches for delivering care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• A strong foundation in providing counseling services and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices that promote recovery and resilience.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with community resources relevant to mental health services.

• Previous telehealth counseling experience and comfort with digital communication platforms and tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
