This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our cohesive team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments upon initial client meetings to understand their mental health status and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and address individual client concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with clients to provide ongoing support and guidance, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote positive patient outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at building community resilience and fostering peer support.
\n
• Manage and document client progress through our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care plan for clients requiring additional support.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure scenarios.

This role will involve working with a diverse population of clients who are dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.
\n
• A minimum of 4 years of related clinical experience in the field of mental health counseling.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, mental health disorders, and the principles of cultural competence in therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience utilizing telehealth tools and systems to provide therapeutic services.

• Proficiency in managing electronic health records and various computer applications.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly with an emphasis on culturally responsive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
