Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and document the progression of cases from the first session through the conclusion of treatment.

• Evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral conditions and stability to employ suitable therapeutic measures.

• Design individualized recovery plans for clients, whether they are individuals, couples, families, or groups.

• Lead and facilitate therapeutic sessions tailored to distinct client needs, ensuring an engaging and safe environment.

• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to evolving needs.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community services to deliver integrated care solutions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong foundational experience as a mental health counselor, showcasing your ability to engage with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Knowledge of the best practices established by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and empathetic interaction with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
