Your primary work setting will be remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance, complemented by occasional engagement in our outpatient office in Ridgefield. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is required, candidates with experience in telehealth services, trauma-informed care, or working with specific populations (e.g., children, LGBTQ+ community) will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
