Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and areas for intervention.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress toward achieving those goals, adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Maintain thorough client documentation in adherence to ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a clinical social worker (LCSW-C), licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or a doctoral degree (PsyD) in psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
