Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via secure video chat platforms, ensuring a supportive and trusting environment for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial consultations and ongoing sessions, developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients develop coping strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities in their daily lives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions with minimal administrative overhead, allowing more time for client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults presenting with low-acuity mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, mild depression, and stress management. You will ensure that each client receives tailored support that respects their unique backgrounds, circumstances, and aspirations. Our approach encourages clients to engage in their treatment actively, fostering a culture of empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent state license as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD, allowing you to practice without supervision.

• Must have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, necessary for effective virtual consultations.

• A stable internet connection suitable for video conferencing.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience working in telehealth settings, with proven outcomes in managing diverse mental health cases. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
