This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while effectively engaging with clients through our telehealth services. Our working hours are set from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in alignment with our structured work week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of senior clients to ascertain their unique emotional and mental health needs.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy, specifically targeting issues associated with aging, grief, life transitions, and chronic illness.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in developing and implementing personalized care plans that encompass the psychological, emotional, and physical well-being of elderly clients.

• Educate family members and caregivers on effective strategies to enhance the emotional well-being and quality of life for their loved ones.

• Provide support during end-of-life transitions, assisting both clients and families in coping with grief and loss.

• Design and implement cognitive stimulation exercises and mental health therapies to bolster mental agility and overall wellness among elderly patients.

This position primarily focuses on the senior demographic, targeting individuals who may be contending with various mental health challenges such as isolation, grief, adjustments to living conditions, and cognitive decline. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, plus a generous sign-on bonus.
