Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, delivering counseling to individuals, groups, and families, and adapting approaches to fit varied mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and holistic care, ensuring all aspects of a client's health are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute emotional distress or crises, drawing upon your training and experience to navigate these situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner, facilitating seamless client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting, ideally with a focus on telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
