Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique backgrounds and needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, family, and group therapy sessions to proactively address mental health challenges and promote overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on cultural competence.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and capability to remain composed during challenging situations.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your expertise and the impact of your work.
