This position allows for a remote work setting, which provides flexibility and supports work-life balance while still offering full-time hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, applying evidence-based practices to assess and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral disturbances.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, implementing action plans that address immediate needs while collaborating with other clinicians and healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical encounters, treatment plans, and patient progress, adhering to all regulatory and departmental policies.

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge plans, that align with psychosocial assessments and accepted social work interventions.

• Engage in continuous communication with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Establish partnerships with community resource organizations, attending meetings and committees to represent the clinic and advocate for the social needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Empower Well, you will work with a diverse client base who may experience a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
