This position is designed to be fully remote, providing you the unique opportunity to deliver care in a comfortable setting of your choice. You will work Monday through Friday, with a standard workweek from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed crisis assessments and interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, using effective communication and clinical judgment.

• Provide immediate counseling and support to clients in crisis, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills to facilitate their stabilization.

• Collaborate with emergency responders and law enforcement agencies as necessary to ensure client safety and care during critical situations.

• Develop and implement follow-up care plans and recommendations, ensuring continuity of support and monitoring client progress.

• Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies to manage challenging or volatile situations effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills in crisis counseling and mental health service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling center supports a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing addiction, trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. A significant portion of our clientele includes elderly individuals dealing with age-related mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based treatment and compassionate support tailored to these unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university or institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
