Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting patients, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address the diverse needs of clients in individual and group sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a platform for community building and discussion around common mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to create coordinated treatment plans that consider all aspects of a client’s mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance.

• Educate patients on mental health disorders, treatment pathways, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and involvement in their care.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other legal and ethical standards to safeguard client information.

Qualifications\n
