Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and assessments, gathering and processing psycho-social data to formulate detailed client profiles.

• Employ the mental health recovery model, incorporating its principles into your clinical practice for effective patient engagement.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and modify individualized crisis and treatment plans that empower clients by building on their strengths and experiences.

• Work in tandem with a multidisciplinary team, which may include medical professionals and various clinicians, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain timely and precise documentation of treatment plans, tracking patient progress and outcomes to ensure compliance and facilitate ongoing care.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals affected by various mental health conditions, ranging from depression and anxiety to trauma-related disorders. Your experience in working with children and adolescents will be particularly valuable as you navigate sensitive situations, providing tailored support that addresses their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) from an accredited institution.

• An active LMHC license in Washington State.

• At least 2 years of relevant mental health counseling experience, specifically in clinical settings.
