Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating seamless connections and support for clients.

• Develop and maintain open communication channels with community stakeholders to reinforce the mission of Sierra Vista and to ensure alignment with contract standards.

• Build and nurture relationships with various agencies, organizations, and funding sources to advance our therapeutic programs and identify new initiatives.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring their mental health goals are met.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in the mental health field is required.
