Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to clients, functioning as a licensed therapist responsible for their diagnosis, management, and treatment.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring the approach to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Regularly conduct diagnostic assessments and follow-up sessions to evaluate clients' progress, implementing necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data-driven insights.

• Engage in crisis management as needed, providing immediate and effective support to clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with case management teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients, integrating various resources to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Stay current with mental health trends and advancements to provide the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals dealing with conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and other mental health challenges. Your ability to foster a non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic environment will be crucial in building trust and rapport with clients, which is vital for effective therapy and positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n
