This role operates in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients across various demographics. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify and assess the mental health needs of new clients, ensuring proper diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to each client’s unique situation and needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and discharge plans.
\n
• Coordinate specialized services within the Behavioral Health Department, contributing to program development and enhancement.
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop community resources aimed at preventive mental health services and intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to addiction, trauma, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders. Understanding the complexities of homelessness, trauma, and post-traumatic stress is crucial in providing empathetic and effective care to our diverse patient population.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing crisis management and mental health services.
\n
• Strong understanding of addiction and its relationship to psychotherapy, along with a deep respect for clients' dignity and individual journeys.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated expertise in working with diverse populations, with a keen understanding of homelessness, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
