Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to determine their mental health status and treatment needs.

• Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions, providing ongoing support and therapeutic interventions.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR systems to track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure holistic care and referrals when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders. You will utilize culturally responsive therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the emotional and psychological needs of individuals from different backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally competent methods.

• Exceptional crisis intervention abilities and a calm demeanor in stressful situations.

• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
