Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will carry out the following core responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and engage in ongoing assessments to inform treatment plans.

• Provide direct psychotherapy services to children and adolescents, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, among others, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions to promote communication and address mental health challenges.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create a coordinated treatment approach when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with children and adolescents who experience various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

We seek candidates who possess:
