Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric providers and team members to deliver comprehensive support tailored to each patient's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video, ensuring accessibility and engagement with adults experiencing various emotional disorders.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional measures to gauge progress and adapt treatment strategies effectively.

• Document clinical encounters and treatment progress promptly in our digital system, designed to minimize administrative burdens and maximize clinical focus.

• Assess and formulate diagnoses based on DSM-5 standards, ensuring that treatment plans align with established clinical guidelines.

• Deliver therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapeutic techniques that cater to individual client needs.

Qualifications\n
