Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

• Provide professional therapy sessions through a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Monitor clients’ progress within their treatment plans and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation while adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, supervisors, and support staff to develop integrated care strategies.

• Engage in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss clinical cases, and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Many clients present with complex histories requiring a nuanced understanding of psychological dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active Pennsylvania state certification as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory for this role.

• At least 2 years of direct experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
