Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly telehealth sessions with individual adult clients, providing evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize automatically administered self-assessments and therapy progress measures to evaluate patient improvement and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Engage in bi-weekly team supervision and consultation sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and continue your professional development.

• Document all care provided in adherence to clinic policies and best practices utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse client population of adults seeking assistance for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide therapeutic support through a lens of empathy and understanding, enabling clients to cultivate self-awareness and personal growth. The delivery of care will primarily be virtual, requiring comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
