This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional commitment to client welfare. However, our clinic operates within a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using virtual platforms that enable high-quality communication and case management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through virtual consultations that leverage evidence-based practices and tailored, solution-focused interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in coordinated efforts with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied mental health professionals, participating in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, ensuring they have access to necessary knowledge and community resources to support their mental health journeys.

• Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and advancements in mental health care to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
