Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a respectful and supportive atmosphere for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to inform your treatment approaches, tailoring interventions to suit the individual needs of each client.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address specific challenges and promote healing, documenting client progress and modifying plans as needed.

• Guide clients through the process of self-exploration, enhancing their understanding of personal experiences, emotions, and relationships.

• Monitor patients’ progress consistently, adjusting strategies and providing support to develop healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse group of individuals from various demographics and socio-economic backgrounds seeking support for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals gain the insights and tools necessary for their mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure by the state board of Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients from various backgrounds.

• Familiarity with the latest developments in psychotherapy practices and methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth or remote counseling capacity is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
