Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative team dynamic. You will be working Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adaptability necessary to meet the needs of our clients. As part of our outpatient clinic, you will collaborate virtually with fellow professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences, which will inform tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist in Texas.

• A strong grasp of mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment modalities, and cultural competencies in therapy practices.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy in ways that are culturally responsive and inclusive.

• Crisis intervention skills with the capacity to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enabling the establishment of rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and proficiency in core computer applications essential for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
