Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing individualized, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the distinct needs of clients.

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gauge client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Creating, implementing, and managing individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals.

• Actively collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to contribute valuable insights into a holistic treatment approach for each client.

• Staying up-to-date with best practices in mental health therapy to promote evidence-based techniques.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse individuals facing challenges related to mental health and substance abuse. This includes clients who may experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role is critical in supporting these individuals as they navigate their recovery journeys, providing compassionate guidance and therapeutic expertise to help them achieve improved outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• An active and current license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least two years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting, showcasing hands-on experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling you to develop effective strategies for complex situations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in substance abuse counseling and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are highly preferred. Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or family systems therapy will be regarded as a significant asset.
