Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their mental health status, substance use history, and specific treatment needs.

• Collaborate in the development of personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions focusing on goal setting, coping strategies, and relapse prevention tailored to each individual's unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of patients struggling with various forms of substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol and opioid dependence. Our patients often come from different socio-economic backgrounds and face unique challenges in their recovery journeys. Your role will involve not only addressing their immediate mental health needs but also providing resources and education that empower them to overcome barriers to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
