Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Formulate precise clinical diagnoses based on assessment results and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, including detailed progress notes and updates to treatment plans.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage clients and families in discussions about mental health issues, guiding them through treatment options and connecting them with community resources as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
