The position is designed to be remote, offering flexibility while ensuring that our therapists can provide high-quality care from the comfort of their own home or chosen workspace. The scheduled hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient’s history, cultural context, and individual experiences, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy, with the flexibility to adapt techniques to cater to diverse backgrounds.

• Engage in crisis intervention protocols and provide immediate support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Collaborate extensively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure patients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation and client records in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency trainings to enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia.

• Proven expertise in the assessment and treatment of various mental health disorders, with a strong emphasis on culturally competent practices.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, demonstrating an understanding of inclusive therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
