Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities in individual, group, and family therapy settings, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing your expert clinical judgment to stabilize and support them during emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, abiding by ethical and legal standards to ensure client privacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus as part of our effort to attract top talent.
