Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and history, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, therapeutic best practices, and client goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and follow-ups within our secure systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through internal training sessions, workshops, and supervision as needed.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse range of clients, including teens, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n
