Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility of telehealth consultations. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, ensuring a seamless integration of care. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional needs for evening or weekend hours on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms of mood disorders, taking into account their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure that their specific needs and preferences are met.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families concerning mood disorders, effective treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of therapy sessions in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure valid in the state of Arizona.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from all walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders is preferred, candidates with varied backgrounds in mental health counseling will also be considered. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
