Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, recognizing signs of distress and the impact of social factors.

• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing ongoing support and accountability while equipping clients with practical tools to tackle their unique challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive well-rounded care. Provide referrals as necessary to address specific issues such as medication management.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in the EHR, compliant with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision meetings to stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

• Familiarity with a range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience implementing individual and group therapy interventions tailored to meet clients' specific needs and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
