Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through detailed interviews and standardized diagnostic tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapies, considering each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintain ongoing therapeutic sessions, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide clients with coping strategies and practical tools to facilitate their progress and encourage active participation in their treatment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Document all assessments, interventions, and client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and timely.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote community support and shared experiences among clients.

• Continuously update your knowledge by engaging in professional development processes and staying current with ongoing mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will be diverse, ranging from adults grappling with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse to adolescents facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work with clients who require individualized care plans and those who benefit from group therapy settings. Understanding the cultural background and unique experiences of each client is crucial for fostering an effective therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in providing mental health services.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria, and effective treatment modalities.

• Strong competence in delivering cultural responsiveness within therapeutic contexts to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
