Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans grounded in thorough assessments and aligned with the therapeutic goals set collaboratively with clients.

• Engage in active case management, which includes regular communication with clients to monitor their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide immediate support to families in crisis situations, offering techniques to stabilize emotional distress and navigate conflicts effectively.

• Document all sessions and updates in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in team meetings and consultations to stay aligned with community health initiatives and strategies that enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with children, adolescents, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with children and families.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and adapt to their unique needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
