Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, integrating standardized testing when necessary to inform treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using Simple Practice, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Coordinate care by connecting clients with community resources and other healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative approach to ongoing support.

• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to remain up to date with the latest advancements in mental health practices and policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Cornerstone Therapy and Wellness, you will provide services to a broad spectrum of clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. You will address a variety of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex challenges, ensuring that your approach is adaptable to the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
