Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s unique goals and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to promote engagement and healing.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• Active License as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
